Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure project alignment.
  • Supervise workers and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize workflow.
  • Train or arrange for training of new staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Set up machines and equipment, ensuring they are ready for operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to guide construction processes.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Lead and instruct team members to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare production schedules and oversee daily operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and maintain safety oversight.
  • Operate forklifts and fill moulds with concrete.
