About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. This permanent position requires you to work 40 hours per week and communicate in English.
Your Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, your tasks will include:
- Developing and implementing child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Supervising staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Assisting in record-keeping and reporting on children's progress and challenges.
- Encouraging children to express their creativity through art, music, and physical activities.
- Observing children for any signs of learning or behavioral issues and preparing reports for parents or supervisors.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- A valid driver's license
- To pass a criminal record check, child abuse registry check, and vulnerable sector check.
