- Transplant seedlings and rooted cuttings.
- Monitor and report signs of insect or disease damage.
- Provide staff training and professional consultation.
- Plan, develop, and implement training sessions for team members.
- Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants to promote healthy growth.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area and greenhouse.
- Cut and manage horticultural crops effectively.
- Ensure proper tying and securing of plants.
- Deleaf agricultural crops to accelerate ripening.
