• Monitor and report signs of insect or disease damage.
• Provide staff training and professional consultation.
• Plan, develop, and implement training sessions for team members.
• Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants to promote healthy growth.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area and greenhouse.
• Cut and manage horticultural crops effectively.
• Ensure proper tying and securing of plants.
• Deleaf agricultural crops to accelerate ripening.
