Key Responsibilities
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally.
- Drive and operate straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
- Load and unload goods efficiently.
- Perform thorough inspections of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage equipment.
- Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain and oversee the condition of the vehicle, including performing preventive maintenance.
- Transport and manage dangerous goods as required.
- Relay information to central dispatch effectively.
