Key Responsibilities

• Train or arrange for training of team members
• Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and efficiency
• Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice
• Requisition or order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
• Oversee apprenticeship training programs
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities effectively
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Recommend measures to enhance productivity

• Work mainly outdoors in a noisy environment
