Education & Experience Requirements

• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods with care
• Oversee vehicle condition, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
• Perform brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs as needed
• Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
• Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle efficiency
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption
• Tarp and secure cargo while ensuring safety

Required Certifications

• Air Brakes Endorsement
• Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks)
• Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
• First Aid Certificate
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate
