Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate the amount and costs of supplies and food items.
  • Supervise the activities of specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff.
  • Create innovative new recipes that excite our guests.
  • Instruct cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.
  • Plan menus and ensure that all food meets our high-quality standards.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
