  • Transport fish and shellfish to the designated work area.
  • Condition fish filets for wrapping or freezing.
  • Check products and packaging for defects to ensure compliance with company standards, making corrective machine adjustments as needed.
  • Record production information accurately.
  • Set up and operate machines for cleaning, cutting, cooking, smoking, brining, dehydrating, or otherwise processing fish or seafood products.
  • Maintain cleanliness of machines and immediate work areas.
