What You’ll Do

As a Lobster Processor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Cutting, cleaning, and trimming fish or seafood prior to marketing or further processing.
  • Checking products and packaging for defects to ensure they meet company standards, making corrective machine adjustments as needed.
  • Disjointing and removing meat from lobsters and other crustaceans in preparation for canning or further processing.
  • Setting up and operating machines to can, bag, box, or package fish and seafood products.
  • Cleaning machines and your immediate work area to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

Work Environment

Be prepared for a lively work atmosphere! Our processing facility is:
