About the Job
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the developmental journey of our children. You will assess their needs, create tailored learning plans, and implement engaging programs that promote their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth. Your creativity and passion will inspire children to explore, learn, and express themselves through various activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess children's development and prepare individualized learning plans.
- Assist co-workers with housekeeping and cooking duties.
- Care for infants and toddlers, including bathing, diapering, and feeding.
- Develop and implement child-care programs that support holistic development.
- Maintain daycare equipment and ensure a safe environment.
- Engage children through storytelling, music, and creative activities.
- Supervise and mentor staff, trainees, or volunteers.
