About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Food Service Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and quality food. In this permanent position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and service.
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Hire and onboard new food service staff.

Who You Will Supervise

  • 5-10 team members, including cooks, food and beverage servers, and kitchen helpers.

Qualifications

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a food service environment.
  • Certificates: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling Certificate.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is required.
  • Security: Criminal record check is mandatory.
