About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team, coordinate various activities, and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Facilitate the flow of information within the team.
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials.
  • Train new team members and assist in their onboarding process.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for team members.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
