Your Role as a Food Preparer

As a Food Preparer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Operating dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Replenishing condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas.
• Keeping records of food quantities used to assist in inventory management.
• Packaging take-out food and ensuring it meets our quality standards.
• Portioning and wrapping foods for service.
• Preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items.
• Serving customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
• Stocking refrigerators and salad bars to keep our offerings fresh.
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Using manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
• Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces and equipment.
