Within the NAPA distribution center located at Calgary, you will work closely with your management team.

As a Warehouse Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support a team of Warehouse Supervisors.
  • Manage the movement and accuracy of inventory, the receipt and storage of goods, locate the position of goods sent by each supplier, ensure delivery timelines, etc.
  • Ensure good communication among staff members, as well as with suppliers and customers.
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators and promote continuous improvements in the distribution center.
  • Prepare reports and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, etc.).

Salary range: $87,000- $108,000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.


Qualifications

To join our team, you need, among other things:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the distribution field.
  • Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
