The Bottle Service Server is responsible for delivering high-end, personalized bottle service to guests in a nightlife or upscale dining environment. This role requires a combination of excellent customer service, sales acumen, and knowledge of premium spirits. The ideal candidate is outgoing, attentive, and able to create a memorable VIP experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Present bottle menus and upsell bottle service options and mixers.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, often tableside with flair.
- Set up and maintain VIP tables, ensuring cleanliness and a premium setup.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and with a high level of attention to detail.
- Monitor guest consumption and behavior, adhering to responsible alcohol service practices.
- Collaborate with security and management to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, events, and venue policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a nightlife, bar, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
- Excellent sales and upselling abilities.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and meet all licensing requirements.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance consistent with venue standards.
