Reporting to the Director, Merchandise Planning, this role serves as the lead for the end-to-end store inventory and assortment planning process. This role requires collaboration with the regional sales, operations teams, and independent owners to build, set, and manage the strategic inventory position best suited for all stores / markets. Additionally, this role will lead a team of Store Inventory Planners and be responsible for their training, development, and career mapping.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage a train a team of corporate store inventory planners
  • Work closely with the field to set the strategic plans for each market and ensure their execution
  • Keep informed on product catalogue changes to proactively adjust assortment if need be
  • Store opening inventory lead

Qualifications

To join our team you need:

  • Diploma in supply chain, business, and or any relevant area of study with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, as you will need to collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canada.
