Did you know that some of NAPA's biggest customers are City & Government facilities? NAPA supplies many parts to these places that keep them moving and because we have been so successful at it, we are looking to grow this division even more

What is NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS):

We manage Parts so businesses don't have to! The NAPA Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) program is a partnership with any company that needs on-site assistance running a highly efficient parts department within their business. In other words, "a Store inside a Store/Company" We partner with some exciting places: government vehicle maintenance stations, utility companies, construction companies, car dealerships and more. NAPA provides parts management, supply chain expertise, fantastic customer care, that serve our customer's efficiencies and bottom line when we step in to manage their parts departments.

This position pays between from 18.35$+ per hour (depending on experience) and we offer a range of attractive benefits and corporate discounts, as well as training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development.

Shift: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

In this key role with our Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) Parts Inventory Specialist you will:

  • Managing parts and inventory for one of our NAPA customers/partners
  • Providing an outstanding and a very high level of customer service with our partner and customer
  • Placing orders and following up with customers as needed
  • Assisting in part location and ensuring that the correct part is provided to the customer
  • Providing product expertise and relevant part recommendations as required
  • Navigating computer and paper catalog system

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and ensuring a positive experience.

- Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

- Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in online platforms, Microsoft Office tools, and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software programs.

- Enjoy collaborating as part of a team to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.

- Successfully manage priorities, actively listen to customer and team concerns, and contribute to a productive and positive work environment through strong teamwork skills.

- Maintain the ability to lift up to 50lbs as part of daily responsibilities.
