Your role will be to support the administrative services managers in their administrative tasks, as well as other support teams. This part-time position includes a variety of responsibilities in the following areas: reception, mail, printing services, document management, fleet management, business travel, buildings, security, and insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
- Sort incoming mail and organize its distribution; prepare outgoing shipments (Puro and Post).
- Respond to urgent document requests.
- Assist administrative services managers in their administrative tasks.
- Gather various data and compile indicators.
- Process service invoices and re-bill the relevant entities if necessary.
- Support managers during projects and special events.

Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English. As part of your duties, you will regularly collaborate with colleagues and/or suppliers across Canada.
This part-time position is ideal for an organized, versatile individual who is eager to contribute to the smooth operation of administrative services.
