WHAT'S THE JOB?
Dexterra Group is looking for a digital marketing coordinator, who enjoys a fast-paced environment to work as part of the Marketing & Communications team to assist in the development and execution of the company's annual marketing strategy, generating creative ideas to reach key audiences across the B2B buyer journey.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator performs some or all of the following duties:
- Coordinating marketing activities, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensuring efficient execution of marketing plans.
- Working with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Assisting with the development of marketing materials, including social media posts, blog content, and print materials.
- Maintaining and updating marketing assets and databases.
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance metrics.
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate key findings and insights.
- Analyze engagement and results of content (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future messaging or activities
- Assist with developing editorial calendars for social communities, managing social communities, and ensuring alignment with social media strategy
- Assist the Marketing and Communications team with ad hoc projects, as required

Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Post-secondary education in Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent.
- General understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and performance tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Adobe Creative Suite skills are considered an asset
- Well-developed organizational, time management and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic
- Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (French/English)
