We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications across the entire software stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and databases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
How will you support the team?
- Participate in multiple phases of projects, including requirements gathering, software design, development and testing.
- Oversee the execution of development tasks.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications.
- Build and maintain both client-side and server-side components.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions which meet standards set by client teams.
- Successfully implement new products and solutions to all channels (on-time deliveries; on-budget projects; business case benefits realized).
- Resolve production issues identified with solutions supported by the development team.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, performance and security.
- Ensure the robustness and reliability of applications through thorough testing and debugging.
- Mentor Developers, share knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
- Lead code reviews, ensuring best practices and standards are met.
Qualifications
The people who thrive with us have:
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise development experience, with 2 years in a leadership role
- Exposure to enterprise environments that include complex business systems, ERP platforms (e.g. Aptos, SAP, Oracle), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions (e,g. Maple Lake, Centric) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, eCom platforms, Point of Sale (POS), payment, business intelligence and reporting solutions
- Adequate knowledge of digital commerce components such as catalog, pricing, inventory, and payment
- Experience with Boomi and/or Mulesoft platforms
- Extensive development knowledge specifically around server side and client-side JavaScript
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, jQuery, HTML 4.x/5.x, CSS 3.0, XML programming languages. Experience integrating Web service calls and/or RESTful APIs. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, stored procedures, SSIS and SSRS
- Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .Net Framework 4.0, MVC and other design patterns
- Solid understanding of UI objects and coding for reuse
- Proficient with object-oriented programming, including software design
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodology
