Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Generalist provides administrative support to the HR department (hiring, forms and onboarding). The HR Generalist is also a key player on the communications side and is involved in staffing new employees in collaboration with the HR team. Receptionist duties are also included in this position (30%).

• College or university education in human resources or a related field
• Organization, ability to follow up, rigor and proactivity
• Proficiency in computer tools (Office suite)
• Oral and written communication skills in French and English*

*As a pan-Canadian company with bases in the English-speaking provinces, knowledge of English is required for the position.

Status: permanent position

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Les Cèdres, Qc.
