During your mandate, you will be asked
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate individuals according to their needs.
- Answer telephone calls and give appropriate information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Liaise with building staff and external suppliers.
Collaborate with the administration team on various projects.
- The candidate will need to work in the office five days a week with a schedule between 10:30am to 2:30pm. The candidate will need to be flexible as needed, to modify the hours to coincide with office events.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and French).
- Excellent communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or in customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, detail oriented and discrete.
- Ability to be autonomous and proactive.
