How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Crafting high-quality appropriate content for different audiences and different digital channels, as well as editing and proofreading to ensure high level of quality control
  • Manage social media editorial calendar ensuring Sodexo is positioned as an industry leader online
  • A key member of the communications team in coordinating content development with all the marketing teams
  • Monitor and report on social media outreach activities
  • Be instrumental in strengthening the Sodexo brand and its competitive position, driving cultural change across the business and supporting the leaders in achieving business results
  • Coordinate analytics, digital listening, and reporting to assist decision-making and demonstrate ROE and ROI
  • Developing and coordinating external communications that support the needs of the business and drive growth
  • Ensuring our public website is up to date
  • Any other related tasks

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or related field
  • 1-2 years' experience in Marketing or Communications or related field
  • Must be bilingual (oral and written in English and French)
  • Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of web-based tools and digital media applications (ie; Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Amplify, Google Analytics)
  • At ease with Hootsuite, social media channels, strategy, and campaigns. Paid social media experience would be an asset.
  • Possess a solid understanding of effective marketing techniques and project management tools such as Welcome or Salesforce
  • Understanding of the business-to-business industry and services industries
  • Must have excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
