Opportunity:

Reporting to the Manager, Distribution Center, the Supervisor Distribution Center , E-commerce fulfillment will lead the day-to-day operations of our modern, multi-channel facility located in Ville Saint-Laurent.

• Supervise operational excellence in our Distribution Center for the Ecommerce Fulfillment team - during our Day shift;
• Manage KPIs related to e-commerce operations and foster inventory accuracy and maximize operational efficiency through utilization of our distribution space;
• Supervise a team of roughly 20 Stock Processors as part of your shift that can scale up during peak times;
• Execute our industry leading measures to protect the health and safety of our people.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a supervisor or team leader in a warehouse environment;
• Good knowledge of a WMS Tool as well as Excel;
• Developed communication skills and the ability to partner, collaborate and lead in a highly diverse work environment;
• Occasional overtime may be required for this role.
