JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis & Insights

  • Work with our qualitative and quantitative HR data to provide insights back to senior leadership in the business to drive employee development.
  • Compiling secondary research when requested to support strategic decision making.

A.I. & Technology Support

  • Working with the HR team and data scientists to provide documentation, instructions and prompts for in-house A.I. tool development.
  • Supporting the testing, improvement and launch of in-house A.I. tools that support employee learning and development.

Cross-functional working

  • Working between functions to collect information, inform on learning & development, test concepts, receive feedback and work iteratively on our service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good academic standing required
  • Experience with research methodologies and tools for collection and analysis
  • A familiarity with A.I., including prompt engineering approaches. Experience working to build agents or bots a major asset.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Some proficiency with PowerBI an asset
  • A willingness to learn through doing and a demonstrated curiosity for new tools and ideas
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
