JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the Corporate Human Resources team, the Compensation/Rewards Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive compensation analysis, spooling data, creating detailed reports, and utilizing data models. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need an HR background but must be highly data-oriented, project-focused, and willing to learn and adapt.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct detailed compensation analysis to support business decisions.
- Spool and manage data from various sources.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations based on data analysis.
- Utilize data models to predict trends and outcomes.
- Serve as the business analyst for the Oracle Compensation module, overseeing its implementation and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve compensation and recognition strategies.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive data
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with data modeling and predictive analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Oracle Compensation module or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in compensation analysis or HR analytics is preferred.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques is preferred.
- Certification in data analysis or project management is preferred.
