JOB DESCRIPTION
As the successful candidate of this role, you will aid in the maintenance of vendor pricing, as well as the collection and
reconciliation of negotiated backend programs. The Vendor Pricing and Programs Administrator will ensure all
agreements are correctly entered and will field internal and external inquiries regarding pricing and programs as well as
facilitate routine internal process audits. The candidate will implement and maintain provincial rebate programs as well
as create and update documentation on new and existing team processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyzation, implementation and maintenance of vendor pricing and rebate
agreements.
• Working with various internal departments & teams to ensure high standards of
customer service for vendor inquiries.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of new policies and
procedures.
• Periodic reporting on collections and annual reconciliation of over 700 accounts.
• Managing provincial rebate programs and collections.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proven problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt and prioritize. • Capable of working independently, as well as part of a team • Proficient in excel and other Microsoft suite of products. • High attention to detail • D365 knowledge would be an asset.
