We are seeking candidates to join our Human Resources team in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role reports to the Leader of Human Resources for Irving Business Services and supports our Corporate teams in Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, Real Estate and Irving Air and is located at our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the Recruitment Process for Irving Business Services
• Lead the Student Recruitment Program for Irving Business Services
• Build Strong Social Networks to Promote Career Opportunities
• Leverage Social & Digital Campaigns to Promote Employment Brand and Attract Qualified Candidates
• Deliver a Positive Candidate Experience
• Develop and Maintain Strong Relationships with Hiring Managers Leaders
• Develop Strong Understanding of Roles within Irving Business Services
• Maintain Recruitment Metrics
QUALIFICATIONS
• Post Secondary Education
• Previous Recruitment Experience
• Networking Abilities with a Strong Customer Focus
• Energy
• Excellent Communicator with well developed Interpersonal Skills
• Able to Manage Multiple Priorities in a Fast Paced Environment
• MS Office Skills
• Previous Experience with Applicant Tracking Software is an asset
