JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Farm Manager, the Farm Administrator will manage parts inventory, ensure compliance with various regulatory programs and assist with general HR and administration for the two seed potato farms in the area. This role is full time, year-round.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track work orders, create purchase orders, process invoices
- Maintain records for audits and certifications, complete forms required for shipping and receiving seed potatoes
- Manage parts inventory levels required for equipment maintenance and repair
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports
- Duties related to payroll, onboarding seasonal workers, maintaining training records
- General office duties, answering phone, replying to enquiries, filing etc.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education or at least one year experience as an administrator or relevant role
- Ability to meet concurrent deadlines
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during planting and harvest
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- High attention to details
