JOB DESCRIPTION

Midland Transport is currently seeking a Night Hub Supervisor reporting to the Courier Operations Manager at our Moncton Terminal location. The selected candidate will be a self-starter with strong work ethic and "Can Do" attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership and oversee the nightly operations at the Hub to ensure high productivity standards are met.
  • Review and control costs.
  • Ensure Equity and Occupational Health & Safety are at the forefront.
  • Deliver Superior Quality Service to all customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support and promote continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Post-Secondary management course preferred
  • Five (5) years warehouse experience as well as two (2) years as a Lead Hand required
  • Forklift certification and Dangerous Goods certification an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite an asset
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills both oral & written. #LI-MA1
