RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing support to the Retail and PRO Loyalty team on day-to-day administration and operations of the Loyalty Marketing team, including member enrollment and offer creation.
  • Accurate and timely data entry and process control related to Retail and PRO Loyalty program management tasks.
  • Support the execution of our marketing communications process for flyers, web presence, email, signage, communication calendar, and events for both Retail and PRO in all KENT channels, coalition partner channels and Air Miles channels.
  • Generate reports from internal customer platforms for data analysis and review.
  • Dissemination of correspondence for follow-up action, and response to members' and operation queries.
  • Coordinate the purchasing of AIR MILES and PRO-related marketing material. This includes sourcing for vendors and quotations, monitoring vendor spending and co-managing the corporate promotional item budget and inventory records while ensuring compliance with the Purchasing Manual and Corporate Branding guidelines.
  • Contributing to the design and content creation for marketing assets, including case studies, blog posts, videos, PowerPoint decks, signage, and marketing print materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Problem solver who can work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Post-secondary school diploma in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Task-oriented, self-motivated, driven and disciplined - "can do" attitude.
  • Enjoy and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
