LANDSCAPE/SNOW REMOVAL MANAGER
Gulf Operators Limited is a civil contractor experienced in all aspects of civil work including concrete work, excavation, water and sewer, as well as aggregate production and sales.

We are currently accepting applications for a Landscape/Snow Removal Manager to join our team in Saint John, New Brunswick.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating job plans and coordinating equipment and resources
- Directing on-site crews
- Operating power equipment including, but not limited to, lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, pickup trucks with snow plow and spreader, power rakes, aerators, etc.
- Communicating with clients and team members in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensuring jobs are done in compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Estimating landscape and snow removal operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Technical/College Diploma in Horticulture an asset
- Superior communication and problem-solving skills
- A high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Strong physical amplitude to perform manual labour tasks required
- Experience operating various types of snow plowing equipment
- Knowledge of cultivation, diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.
