RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Planning and Scheduling - Develop project schedules, assign tasks, and determine resource requirements to ensure timely project completion.
  • Team Coordination - Organize project teams and coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
  • Monitoring and Reporting - Monitor project progress, report on status including cost, timing, and staffing, and ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
  • Risk Management - Identify and resolve obstacles that may affect project timelines and budget, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Vendor Management - Integrate vendor tasks into project plans, track progress, and review deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education - University Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) is preferred.
  • Experience - Less than 2 years of project management experience; experience in the construction or equipment industry with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion is a plus.
  • Certifications - Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is advantageous.
  • Knowledge and Skills - Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in project management software and tools; knowledge of quality standards and risk management techniques.
