JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Opportunity:
Students with a strong interest in how the operations work and driving improvement will be successful in this role as a Customer Service Analyst for the Summer 2025 term (May to August). This position develops subject-matter expertise, as well as competency in leadership, big picture thinking, collaboration, and communication while gaining valuable real-world experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for the right candidate and will tailor the summer based on the individual interests of the person.
Customer Support:
- Receive and proof sales orders for weekly billing functions.
- Maintain accurate daily inventory records for several consignments reloads.
- Enter/Update miscellaneous perpetual inventory adjustments into ERP system.
- Investigate and correct billing discrepancies and errors.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Business Administration (or equivalent) degree program
- A student in good standing and returning to school in Fall 2025.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Demonstrates high standards of customer service
- Can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Must be team oriented and an independent self-starter
- Detail oriented and well organized.
