JOB DESCRIPTION

We are offering a senior sales role with an established customer base. You will leverage Superior Quality Service to secure new customers and grow existing volume in our core service areas. This is a hunter role focused on achieving results for LTL, TL, Brokerage and Courier. Strong negotiating and relationship building are key attributes for success. The role is based out of our Brampton Terminal with most of your time spent in the field.
Sales territory for this position covers but is not limited to:
Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Hamilton, Brantford.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and secure new accounts while growing the base.
- Develop and sell value-based transportation solutions.
- Provide superior quality service through every interaction.
- Utilize CRM to build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage the territory to balance the requirements of securing business, customer maintenance & agreement renewals.
- Support company initiatives to drive profitable growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have post-secondary education. A bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred.
- You have minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the transportation industry
- You are proficient in selling value-based solutions, organized, high energy and a self-starter.
- You have strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of transportation operations is an asset.
- You have a vehicle, valid driver's license and can travel within the territory
