JOB DESCRIPTION

Analyze data to forecast business decisions, manage budget variances, client profitability, and risk, and report findings to the Regional Business Manager and Engineering Director. Oversee design processes, provide solutions, mitigate risk, and protect client relationships. Develop standards for quality, efficiency, safety, and cost reduction with Project Controls and Engineering Managers. Lead proposal preparation, support client relationships, and communicate effectively to identify needs and solutions. Seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, manage and mentor direct reports, forecast staffing needs, and develop career paths. Ensure profitability, deliver technical training, embody WE Purpose and Core Values, adhere to safety policies, and obtain necessary certifications and security clearances.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

P.Eng. or C.E.T. designation. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or diploma in Engineering Technology. 12+ years experience in Consulting in the Buildings Engineering Field Experience in a management, supervisory or mentorship role. Valid class 5 driver's license.
