Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) - M2 Licensed

Location: Canada

Our client is a trusted provider of heavy airframe maintenance services and is certified to maintain a wide range of aircraft, including ATR, DeHavilland, and Embraer models. They are currently hiring several M2 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers across Canada. Ideal candidates will hold valid Transport Canada M Licenses and have type ratings on TR42/72, ERJ145, or DH8-200/300.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, repair, overhaul, modification, and testing of aircraft structures and mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer standards, Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), company procedures, and Transport Canada/FAA requirements.
  • Properly label and route quarantined parts, and verify spare parts are inspected and certified before installation.
  • Accurately sign all required documentation and maintenance records.
  • Support training activities and ensure team compliance with certification and skill requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Transport Canada M License (FAA A&P License is an asset).
  • Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or a recognized equivalent.
  • Type ratings on TR42/72, ERJ145, and/or DH8-200/300 are preferred.
  • Relevant field experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Good judgment, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented attitude.
