Job Description:

Our Vaughan client is a large national pharmaceutical organization with operations spanning the country. They have a solid reputation in the healthcare industry, and are a leader in their business sector.

Currently, the company is adding a Senior Finance Manager-Business Partnering to the Corporate office team. In this role you will have overall ownership and accountability for partnering with operations, transportation, and administrative functions, and to strategically manage corporate services including treasury, taxes, insurance, payroll, benefits and pension. You will work to establish frameworks around strategic business planning process and link strategic initiatives to performance. Initially, this role will work a team leader with a group of 5 with the chance to build out a team as the business needs demand.

In the role the Senior Manager will partner closely with DC operations, transportation and drive continuous improvements from a controls, process and /or systems perspective.
