Job Description:

This Finance Director role is critical to overseeing financial operations and ensuring the implementation of robust finance controls and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and expertise in accounting, with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Utilize ERP systems to drive process improvements and establish effective finance controls.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as operations and account management, maintaining strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Job Requirements:

CPA Designation

Proven Director-level experience in accounting, including FP&A.

MC Dynamic 365 and POWER BI experience

Experience working with Government reports and claims

Strong proficiency with financial software preferably Sage (e.g.,QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

3 days a week in the office
