Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst with 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through manual and/or automated testing, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers and product teams to maintain product standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts (manual and/or automated).

Identify, log, and track bugs through issue tracking tools like JIRA.

Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Ensure that software meets business requirements and established quality standards.

Create detailed test documentation and reports for stakeholders.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Assist in the development and execution of automated test suites (if applicable).

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst or Software Tester.

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.

Experience with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.

Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Familiarity with SQL and database validation.

Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter, etc.) is a plus.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
