Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and propose data-driven solutions that support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.

Conduct gap analysis and propose improvements for business processes.

Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations based on findings.

Support project management teams in defining project scope and objectives.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.

Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of business process modeling or BPM tools.

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Domain knowledge in finance, healthcare, IT, etc. is desirable.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
