MaxSys is recruiting for several Manufacturing Operators in the Life Sciences Industry in Ottawa, Ontario. Our client is hiring for both shifts, Days and Overnights.

As a manufacturing operator , you are responsible for overseeing the proper function of the assembly line. This is a great opportunity for people who are interested in long-term opportunities in the Life Sciences, Biomedical, and Medical Device Manufacturing environments. This is a full-time contract for at least 1 year with a strong possibility of extension and/or permanence.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the function of the assembly line
Evaluate quality and productivity problems to minimize errors and defects throughout the process
Make required material changes and adjustments in a timely manner, without sacrificing work quality
Record accurate and legible data in a timely manner, creating documented reports on findings and observations

Successful candidates will have:
Looking for long-term positions with the opportunity for growth and development
Strong detail-oriented skills
Previous experience in manufacturing is desired
Previous experience working overnights is desired
Must have a high school diploma, minimum (If education is outside of Canada, please provide a WES verification)
Must be comfortable having a background check conducted
Strong communication is required
