The Role
Were seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. In this role, youll be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing our IT infrastructure while providing advanced technical support. Duties & Responsibilities
System Maintenance: Monitor system health, server resources, and scheduled jobs. Review logs and ensure operational integrity. Server Management: Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade physical and virtual servers. Network Operations: Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and LAN/WAN connectivity. Security Management: Implement and maintain security controls firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection, and security policies. Backup & Recovery: Develop, test, and maintain data backup and disaster recovery strategies. Technical Support: Provide escalated support for complex hardware, software, and network issues. Documentation: Maintain clear and updated system configurations, processes, and procedures. Patch & Update Management: Regularly apply system patches and updates to ensure security and performance. Capacity Planning: Monitor performance and resource usage, proactively identifying improvement opportunities. Team Collaboration: Work closely with IT support, network, and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless operations.

Ideal Profile
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration. Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Relevant certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 & AZ-801) Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) Proficient in scripting with PowerShell and Bash for automation.

Expert knowledge of: Linux, macOS, Windows Server Clusters (ASHCI) Dell PowerVault, MS SQL Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online) Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure Fortinet security technology

Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
