Title and Summary

Product Analyst, Offers Transformation

Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is the world's largest loyalty company, a service division within Mastercard that provides reward programs, offers, and benefits to both financial institutions/distributors and merchants/advertisers. We manage over 600 million accounts on our loyalty systems, serving over 2,000 global clients. We offer an end-to-end outsourced service and are at the forefront of next-generation loyalty solutions, enabled by our global team of 900 loyalty specialists working across the world, leading the integration of loyalty with payments.

Offers is focused on driving revenue through our proprietary platform and merchant/advertiser network. We are on a transformational journey, with ambitious goals and are currently seeking an Analyst, Offers Transformation to join our product organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable with building internal and external presentations, has experience with building demos/wireframes on Figma, and collaborating with non-technical and technical partners. This individual must be comfortable with ambiguity, can act with a sense of urgency, and can respond effectively to market/competitive positioning.

Role:

  1. Supports VP, Offers transformation on thought leadership materials to ensure materials are prepared and fit for audiences prior to all speaking engagements, both internal and external.
  2. Works alongside the Offers Transformation team to develop and create strategic presentations for internal and external partners.
  3. Manages and leads key strategic workstreams including project management of key milestones and deliverables.
  4. Supports ongoing communication across key workstreams and initiatives including agenda setting, action items, follow-ups, etc.
  5. Supports competitive landscape analysis and identifies key market trends across the media network.
  6. Supports annual planning including analysis of program performance, KPI management, insights gathering, etc.

About You:

  1. Experience in agency, advertising, ad-tech, product management, startup.
  2. Experience in partnering with communications/investors relations/PR.
  3. Experience in project management.
  4. Comfortable with ambiguity and working independently.
  5. Strong competency preparing compelling presentation materials including storytelling.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior-level executives internally and externally.
  7. Strong proficiency/advanced skillset with Microsoft PowerPoint (required).
  8. Strong proficiency/advanced skillset with Figma and prototype creation (preferred).
  9. Background/experience working in B2B or in technology (preferred).
  10. Demonstrated ability to act with persistent and relentless sense of urgency.
  11. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  12. Bachelor's degree required.
