Responsibilities:
Coach and support a multidisciplinary employees team in executing daily operations.
Manage orders for Pro customers, especially the most demanding ones, and ensure their satisfaction.
Develop and maintain procedures and tools to continuously improve team efficiency.
Actively participate in the recruitment process, coordinate the onboarding of new hires, and ensure their training.
Work closely with the sales, operations, suppliers, and procurement departments.
Make strategic recommendations to enhance team performance and improve customer service.
Understand the specific needs of professional clients and propose solutions tailored to their challenges.
Stay up to date with market innovations, features, and functions by attending appropriate training.
Requirements:
Experience in team and personnel management.
Experience or knowledge in the construction sector or a similar role.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency with computer tools: email, Microsoft suite (mainly Excel and Teams).
Asset: knowledge of internal software (MMS, Soda, etc.).
