We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with a positive attitude, skilled at resolving customer concerns, and passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will be the face of the company and help ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and providing accurate information in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media, maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

2. Issue Resolution: Effectively handle customer complaints, concerns, and queries. Troubleshoot problems, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Product/Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the companys products, services, policies, and procedures in order to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.

4. Order Processing & Account Management: Assist customers with placing orders, making changes to existing orders, or managing their accounts (including billing, subscriptions, and returns).

5. Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM or support system. Maintain detailed and accurate records for future reference.

6. Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for continuous service improvement.

7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, logistics) to ensure smooth communication and resolution of customer issues.

8. Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and confirm that issues were resolved to their satisfaction.
