Our client is looking for a Senior Director of Mergers & Acquisitions who will spearhead their M&A initiatives and lead the process of strategic acquisitions and partnerships. This role is vital to strengthening the company's market position and driving growth through targeted investments.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities that align with the company's strategic vision.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence and financial analysis to assess potential targets.
  • Lead negotiations and manage deal structuring, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration plans for acquired companies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential threats to inform M&A strategy.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to align M&A strategies with overall corporate objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external advisors, investment banks, and strategic partners.
  • Mentor and guide internal teams on M&A best practices and processes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate development.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience managing the full M&A lifecycle from opportunity identification to integration.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.
  • Experience in the executive search or recruitment industry is an advantage.
