Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales Strategy to join a prominent organization that specializes in cutting-edge sales solutions across a variety of industries. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.

This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer needs, alongside the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales targets, align on strategic priorities, and drive overarching company goals.
  • Analyze sales metrics to gauge performance, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Lead sales enablement initiatives to equip the sales team with the resources and tools necessary for success.
  • Foster a data-driven culture across the sales organization, emphasizing continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Engage directly with major clients to understand their needs and tailor sales strategies to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Develop training and development programs aimed at enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and competitive positioning.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales management, or related roles within high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that result in significant revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on empowering sales teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and clients.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
