Position Title: Dayforce Architect
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 03 Months long Contract (with possibilities of extension)
Location: This role is based in Downtown / GTA, Toronto, ON ( Remote Role, very rarely Onsite at Downtown, Toronto, ON only during any emergency / special occasion )
Start Date: End of April / Beginning of May 2025
Pay Rate: 80$ - 95$ Incorporated + HST
OR
60$ - 75$ on T4
(Depending on years' of experience and skillset)

- At least 08+ years of overall relevant experience required
We are looking for a Dayforce Architect
Client already has Dayforce implemented and want to migrate the following applications to Dayforce
1. Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance: Manage the distribution of the annual Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Declarations and capture all responses and automatic reminders.
2. Corporate Compliance Workflow: manage the distribution of the annual Corporate Compliance attestations and captures all responses and automatic reminders
3. Learning & Development: Generates training request and gather required approvals.
Skills Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Ceridian Dayforce HCM, with at least 2 years in an architectural or lead technical role.
- Deep understanding of Dayforce configuration, APIs, integrations, and security frameworks.
- Proven experience with complex Dayforce implementations or transformations.
- Strong background in HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Management processes.
- Experience with Data Integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and familiarity with web services / REST APIs.
