Become the expert who turns every in-store interaction into a meaningful customer experience. With your passion for service and in-depth product knowledge, you'll help every customer successfully realize their projects.
Your role:
Provide all customers with an excellent in-store experience, offering expert advice and proactive assistance
Provide quotes for projects, follow up with prospects and close sales
Promote the sale of complementary products and services such as installation, financing and delivery
Inform customers of current promotions and financing options
Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
What we're looking for:
2 years' relevant experience in the renovation field
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with computers, and the ability to learn to work with new software
Motivation and ability to meet and exceed sales targets by responding to customer needs
